I see you are asking your clients to call the school. Is that your preferred method? The lesson request form could be set up to send an email directly to you, then you could help arrange the booking with your school and the guest.
To edit the form, look in the forms admin menu. There you can design the form the way you like it, and adjust the message the guest receives in the Notifications menu item for the specific form.
